ACCOUNT MANAGER INTERNSHIP

THE ROLE

As an Account Manager Intern, you’ll support our account team in managing client projects, coordinating internal workflows, and maintaining clear communication across teams. This role provides exposure to how strategy, creative execution, and client relationships come together inside a fast-paced creative agency. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and creative teams while learning best practices in organization, client communication, and project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Account Managers across active client accounts by assisting with communication, task tracking, and follow-ups.

  • Help prepare for client check-ins, status updates, and internal strategy syncs.

  • Maintain monday.com boards, timelines, tasks, and deliverables to support smooth project flow.

  • Collaborate with designers and creative team members to help translate strategy into clear execution steps.

  • Assist with organizing client folders, briefs, shared calendars, and documentation.

  • Support reporting efforts by helping compile data and insights for performance updates.

  • Learn how to manage scope, timelines, and client expectations in a creative agency environment.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment where projects run clearly and predictably.
